How do I create a new event?
To create a new event, log in to your account and navigate to the Events section in your dashboard. Click on "Create New Event" and fill out the required information including the occasion type and event details.
How do guests submit messages?
Each event has a unique 8-digit code. Share this code with your guests, who can then visit the submission page and enter the code to leave their congratulatory messages.
Can I moderate messages before they appear?
Yes! All messages go through a moderation queue. You can approve or reject messages from your event dashboard before they appear on the public display board.
How do I customize the background of my display board?
In your event settings, you can select from our library of background images or upload your own custom background to personalize your display board.
What types of occasions are supported?
Olapal supports a wide range of occasions including weddings, work events, condolences, farewells, retirements, birthdays, sympathy messages, baby showers, get well soon messages, and thank-you notes. You can select the appropriate occasion type when creating your event.
Can I export the messages after my event?
Yes, you can export all approved messages as a PDF document from your event dashboard, creating a lasting keepsake of your special occasion.
